We will endeavour to send your order out ASAP, provided they are in stock .

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email to let you know it's on it's way. This email will contain tracking details, so you can track the order on the PBT courier's site

From when you have received an email letting you know that your order has been shipped to receipt:

New Zealand: Allow 1-3 working days

Australia (Non-Tracked): Allow 5-8 working days

Australia (Tracked): Allow 3-6 working days

Rest of World (Non-Tracked): Allow up to 12 working days

Rest of World (Tracked): Allow 5-8 working days

Selecting a tracked option is recommended, as this includes the ability for you to track your order online.

The above time frames are applicable from the time the orders leave our premises , not when you place an order .

$99 and Under - $4.99 for North Island and $9.99 for South Island (  for up to 2kg only ) .Anything over 2kg may incurr additional freight charges.

WE will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs for containing any prohibited items nor for any fees assosiated with it being held by customs either.
If the parcel is returned to us by customs, then we will refund you the cost of medication excluding postage fee once we have received it physically.
