Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to provide quality products to our customers. However ,if your unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase , or if you get goods delivered that are damaged then we will take every step to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Damaged or Defective Goods

We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any items delivered to you that are damaged or defective at no charge.

Incorrect Items Ordered

We will issue a full refund for items ordered incorrectly by you if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and conditional on all item(s) being returned to Express Pharmacy unopened and in the original packaging. Items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged.
Postage costs will not be refunded. Please send the returnable items via registered mail as no item will be refunded until received by us.

If we have sent you the incorrect product from what you ordered, we will send you a tracked courier bag to return the item/s. Please contact us  via email or phone


Due to NZ Health Regulations, prescription items cannot be returned for refund.

When you return merchandise please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit.

Order Cancellation Requested By Customer

Orders cancelled at the request of the customer may incur a fee of $10 or 10% of the order value (whichever is greater). This is chargeable at the discretion of management.

Before returning any goods for exchange or refund please contact our Customer Service Team. This may save you unnecessary shipping costs. 

Please ensure that you enclose your proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip)  with your return.
